Reviews and Ratings <br />
I had a mixed experience at this hotel during my stay. The location is quite advantageous, right on the Strip with easy access to attractions. My room was modern and clean, but I was faced with quite a bit of noise from the air conditioning. The service was generally good, although I encountered some issues with attention to personal belongings. Dining options were hit or miss, with some meals being decent but others not living up to expectations. Overall, it's a decent choice but has areas for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was marred by poor service and significant communication issues between staff, which completely detracted from the experience. While I was initially pleased with the upgrade to the Royal Tower, the problems that followed overshadowed that benefit. The location is decent, making it easy to explore the area, but the overall disorganization and lack of support during our visit left a sour taste. I definitely expected more, especially after making reservations in advance.
